Mediterranean red snapper filet

Whole red snapper filleted

you can chop or leave as a sprig

black pepper

cherry tomatoes
you can also use grape
salt to taste
Zoodles

large zucchini

tablespoon
pepper

olive oil
salt optional
Instructions
In a hot frying pan add oil. They add garlic on medium to hot heat. Stir until garlic is brown on all sides.
In a frying pan add all ingredients (except fish)
Saute ingredients until they begin to breakdown (For about 10 minutes)
Add fish to pan. Then turn over after 7 minutes. Let it simmer a bit and turn off stove
Zoodles
Using a spiralizer churn zucchini into noodle shape
Add olive oil in a frying pan, add black pepper and toss in noodles for about 30 seconds
