avocados
haas or similar

lime or lemon juice

red onions
chopped

cilantro
chopped

tomatoes
chopped
salt
to your liking

black pepper

teaspoon
chilli pepper
1
teaspoon
pepper sauce
adjust to your tolerance level

teaspoon
pepper flakes
for garnish (you can also use fresh chopped peppers)
Instructions
Cut avocados in half
Remove the seeds
Place avocado in a bowl, and mash with a fork
Fold in other ingredients except pepper flakes
Continue to mix with a fork until you have the right consistency (not to runny, but with some small chunks of avocado)
Transfer to a serving bowl
Add pepper flakes as a garnish
Enjoy!
