Spicy guacamole

Ingredients
  

  • 3 avocados haas or similar
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice
  • ¼ cup red onions chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped
  • salt to your liking
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chilli pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pepper sauce adjust to your tolerance level
  • 1 teaspoon pepper flakes for garnish (you can also use fresh chopped peppers)

Instructions
 

  • Cut avocados in half
  • Remove the seeds
  • Place avocado in a bowl, and mash with a fork
  • Fold in other ingredients except pepper flakes
  • Continue to mix with a fork until you have the right consistency (not to runny, but with some small chunks of avocado)
  • Transfer to a serving bowl
  • Add pepper flakes as a garnish
  • Enjoy!

Notes

The pepper sauce and salt levels depend on your personal preference. 
I like having chunks of tomatoes in my salsa
You can use any type of tomato
