Rice balls with saltfish

Ingredients
container of cooked rice
Boil rice with salt and olive oil
saltfish/codfish buljaw
saltfish boiled and sauteed with onions, turmeric, parsley, green onions, peppers. See recipes

panko breadcrumbs

vegetable oil
Instructions
Let cooked rice cool and rest for at least half an hour.
With wet hands, shape the rice into semi balls.
Get the codfish ready to fill up the rice balls
Then make a small indentation and fill it with sautéed saltfish
Close up the opening and repeat this for all your balls
Roll the balls in flour
Dip them in a bowl of beaten eggs
Top it with panko breadcrumbs.
Fry the ball in a saucepan filled with oil until they are crisp on the outside.
