How to make delicious lobster tails: the easy way

This is a very easy recipe to make delicious lobster tails.

Equipment

  • baking pan, kitchen shears

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Lobsters
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon Basil chopped
  • 1 teaspoon thyme chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • salt and pepper to your liking
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 6 slices Lemon roasted in a pan Place slices in a frying pan over high heat.

Instructions
 

  • Using kitchen shears butterfly the tail by cutting down the center and through some of the meat.
  • Loosen the meat around the shell and pull the lobster meat upward.
  • Close the shell below with some meat still in the tip of the tail, and place the bulk of the meat above the shell.
  • Mix the melted butter, garlic, basil, paprika and thyme together.
  • Salt and pepper the meat
  • Add half of the butter mixture with a brush and set on a baking sheet or pan.
  • Preheat the oven for 400 degrees.
  • Place lobster in oven for 6 minutes on bake mode.
  • Remove from oven and brush the remainder of the butter mixture on the meat.
  • Broil for 6 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, leave on pan or place on platter. Add lemon slices. Serve with melted butter if you desire.
